You have a few options for ways to enjoy your dose of Kava Cure. You can take the powder straight under your tongue, or you can mix it into a glass of tea or other flavored drink.
 

Oral Delivery

1.Make sure your mouth is not dry. Have some water handy just in case.
 
2.Open your Kava Cure vial and gently pour about a capful of the powder into the cap.
 
3.Open your mouth, lift you tongue to the roof of your mouth, and sprinkle the Kava Cure under your tongue. Press your tongue down onto the powder and close your mouth. Do not speak or breathe through your mouth until the powder is fully moistened!
 
4.Allow your saliva to soak into the Kava Cure and begin gently swishing the mixture around your mouth and gums. Kava Cure absorbs rapidly through the lining of your mouth. For best results, do not swallow yet.
 
5.After 1-5 minutes, swallow the Kava Cure.
 
6.Relax and enjoy!
 
 

Liquid Delivery

1.Add about a capful of Kava Cure to an empty mug or glass.
 
2.Add a tiny amount of liquid (milk, tea, honey: anything that will turn the powder into a paste).
 
3.Stir the mix into a smooth paste (it’s just like making hot cocoa).
 
4.Add the rest of the liquid. Stir, and enjoy!.
 
5.For maximum effect, make sure to drink slowly and swish the liquid in your mouth like a mouthwash.
